Travel Grants

This year, travel grants are applicable only if you are participating in the poster session and your poster has been accepted. We are happy to cover a portion of your travel costs only within Switzerland and the EU for the conference day. The maximum available amount of reimbursement will be communicated upon Poster acceptance. Reimbursement of the travel tickets will be done once the invoices are submitted after the conference, to wids.attendees@gmail.com. The reimbursement can take up to two weeks after the submission of the travel tickets.
