Call for Posters

Do you want to show the results of your project during the conference day? Then a poster is a great way to do this! 

How Does It Work?

We encourage all attendees willing to share their work to prepare a poster showing their project. We encourage both machine learning theoretical research projects, as well as applied data science projects that explore the broad theme of Data Science & Society, including but not limited to topics such as gender equality, environment, health, and others. 

The deadline for poster abstract submission is 28th March 2025. We will contact accepted posters in April. The general guideline for the poster format will be provided then to the accepted poster presenters. In addition, they will receive a free conference ticket and travel grants (applicable only for travel within Switzerland and the EU).

Accepted posters will be showcased on the day of the conference and presenters will also have a chance to do 2-minute flash presentations on stage during the conference day.  The winner of the poster session will receive five e-books of her choice, published by O’Reilly.
