We encourage all attendees willing to share their work to prepare a poster showing their project. We encourage both machine learning theoretical research projects, as well as applied data science projects that explore the broad theme of Data Science & Society, including but not limited to topics such as gender equality, environment, health and others.

 

• The deadline to submit application is 31st March 2026.​

• We will contact accepted posters until 14th April.

• The deadline for poster abstract submission is 30th April 2025. 

 

The general guideline for the poster format will be provided to the accepted poster presenters. In addition, they will receive a free conference ticket and travel grants (applicable only for travel within Switzerland).

 

Accepted posters will be showcased on the day of the conference and presenters will also have a chance to do 2-minute flash presentations on stage during the conference day.
