Any information collected only through browsing this domain is anonymized. Information is collected through our registration process and ticketing partner Eventfrog. All other information is collected only with your consent (information publicly available online and information you volunteer to use).

By registering for the WiDS Zürich Conference, you are providing us with your personal data and contact information as requested in the online booking form. Your registration information is always restricted to team members who require information to perform a specific job. No sponsors, speakers, or volunteers will have access to your details.

WiDS Zürich and its partners will not, under any circumstances, share with any third party individual IP addresses, email addresses, personal contact details, or other information collected through its website, app, or related statistic tracking systems. If information sharing is required for this or any other event, you will be given immediate notice.
