Human & AI: Collaboration, Competition, or Something Else?
Gallery walk stations + peer discussion tables with real company case studies
We all ask the same question: which skills should I focus on as AI takes over more of my work? This interactive evening moves beyond the abstract debate of "competition vs. collaboration" to examine how AI integration actually alters professional identity, value, and skill requirements.
The evening runs across two parallel rooms rather than a stage. In Room 1, groups rotate through five real company AI-deployment stations, each hosted by a company co-host and a Liip/WiDS facilitator, covering the operational challenge, the impact on roles and tasks, and the shifts in valued skills.
In Room 2, groups rotate through five peer discussion tables built around Human & AI questions, swapping answer sheets between blocks so each group's findings stay independent. Every attendee experiences both rooms across two 60-minute blocks, closing with a collective synthesis.

Every discussion table focuses on a different question:
-
Which of your professional skills has diminished in relevance over the past two years?
-
Where does integrating AI into your workflow generate more overhead than efficiency?
-
Which core responsibilities would you strictly refuse to delegate to AI, and why?
-
What critical skills should early-career professionals prioritize building right now?
-
Which specific task would you prefer AI to completely automate tomorrow?
Expect a high-engagement evening where discussion meets real deployment and your voice becomes part of the collective "Human & AI" map every attendee takes home.
