Kate Davey leads market insights and industry relations at the EPFL Extension School, where she identifies future upskilling needs across academia, government, and industry. With over 20 years’ experience in customer-facing and leadership roles, Kate develops insight-driven programs and forges partnerships to advance lifelong learning. She collaborates with academic professionals, education leaders, and industry experts to design inclusive, user-centered learning experiences. Kate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting & Finance and is currently pursuing an MSc in Organisational and Business Psychology. She is passionate about organisational psychology, agile learning, and expanding digital skills access for underrepresented groups.
