Yee Ling Gröschel

Yee Ling Gröschel is the co-founder and CEO of Talent Sphere AI, a Zurich-based AI and analytics company focused on skills-based talent management. 

Her work centres on enabling better organisational decisions through data, while remaining mindful of context, ethics and human impact. She supports organisation in using skills and workforce data responsibly to increase clarity, reduce bias and make talent decisions more transparent and measurable. 

Her purpose is to advocate for data-driven insights that, when done right, augment critical thinking rather than replace it, in particular when it comes to shaping careers and future ready workforces.
