Sofia Cubillos

Sofia is currently the Director of Analytics and Insights for the Digital team at On, where she leads functions including Web Analytics, Performance Marketing Analytics, Experimentation, and Consumer Insights.

She joined On over eight years ago as a Data Scientist and spent her first years building and leading the Data Science & Engineering, Analytics, and Consumer and Market Insights functions for both Digital and Commercial. Most recently, she also led the Digital Customer team, overseeing CRM, Loyalty, and Consumer Insights.

Throughout her career, Sofia has always been passionate about leveraging data to drive business value.
