Sheerah Yuhee Kim specialises in the development of AI competency frameworks and trustworthy AI adoption in the public sector. At Intersections, she leads projects that transform ethical AI principles into practical implementation.
Formerly Head of ICT and Digitalisation at Stadt Affoltern am Albis, she understands how to navigate the challenges of operationalising digital transformation. She studied Digital Ethics at HWZ University of Applied Sciences Zurich and capitalises on her diverse background in public administration, corporate strategy and business intelligence for her human‑centred approach.
As recently elected UN Representative for the International Federation of Business & Professional Women and Co‑President of BPW Club Zurich, she advocates for diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging on all levels.
