She has built compensation and talent frameworks from the ground up, advised C-suites on people strategy and navigated complex HR transformations in high-growth environments.

Based in Zurich, she builds AI solutions for HR in production, leads an HR and AI Academy at Systematic-X, co-leads the International HR Community at ZGP and facilitates peer conversations on rewards and AI at CBMN Rumbold.
