Isa Steiner is a technology executive and product leader with a background spanning software engineering, product innovation, and digital business transformation.
After starting her career in R&D and technical leadership, she moved into product and service innovation roles at Swisscom, including Product Management in the relaunch of Swisscom TV and later driving customer service innovation initiatives. She also spent time at Swisscom’s Silicon Valley outpost.
In recent years, she has focused on executive leadership roles as CTO of major Swiss digital platforms including siroop.ch and carforyou.ch, alongside entrepreneurial ventures at The Happy Lab GmbH. Her passion is building cross-functional organizations that create impactful digital products in lean, customer-centric ways.
