Dr. Irina Koitz is Senior Director, Product & AI at Johnson Controls, a global leader in smart, healthy and sustainable buildings.
She has over 15 years of experience spanning software engineering, data, product and AI. Currently, she leads global digital product management, the development of AI capabilities for Johnson Controls’ customer-facing digital offerings, along with the strategic AI roadmap.
She previously held leadership roles at Siemens and Johnson & Johnson. Irina holds a PhD in Computer Science from University of Zurich and is passionate about putting data to good use and supporting women in tech.
