Dr. Jess Conser is a transformation executive and leadership educator with more than 15 years of global experience leading organisational and workforce transformation across multinational environments. Her work focuses on helping organisations and professionals navigate the rapidly evolving world of work shaped by AI, digitalisation, and shifting skill demands.
She has led large-scale transformation initiatives across more than 40 markets, impacting over 110,000 employees worldwide, translating strategic ambition into practical organisational change through workforce strategy, organisational design, and leadership capability development.
Jess holds a PhD in Organisational Performance and Change and teaches in graduate and executive education programmes on leadership, transformation, and the future of work.
