Dr. CHANTELLE LARSEN

Board Advisor | European Chair| Founder

Chantelle Larsen is a Board-Level Transformation Executive with 25+ years of experience at the intersection of human capital, technology, and responsible AI. As a Black, intersectional, neurodivergent (AuDHD) leader, she brings a lived perspective that shapes how she designs and leads effective transformation.

Currently serving as Strategic Advisor or Chair across ShakeUptheWorkplace, Techface, Women in AI Governance, and Systematic-X, Chantelle leads AI Governance initiatives across Europe while designing ethical AI automation team agents. Her track record includes 40% efficiency gains, 99.7% data accuracy, and award-winning transformations across 90 countries.

Previously leading Digital Globally at Capgemini, she has returned to Global Leadership of her own company, Systematic-X, with her own AI Academy for others to LEARN Ethical and Practical AI, designing custom AI for companies to help the GROW and advising on AI Governance.

 
 

ANDREEA HOSSMANN

Founder, CEO & AI Product Expert @Crafted AI

With a career rooted in the defining technology of our era, Andreea has held leadership roles spanning research, data science, and product management. Having navigated a career across premier research and tech environments, she has consistently delivered at the highest levels of innovation and leadership. This deep technical foundation and experience in managing complex digital landscapes provided the springboard for her transition into the impact sector, moving from building cutting-edge tech to ensuring its alignment with planetary boundaries.
Driven by the urgency of the planetary crisis, Andreea pivoted her focus toward sustainability, currently completing an MSc in Sustainability Transformations at the University of Bern’s Centre for Development and Environment (CDE). As part of this transition, she founded Crafted AI, a boutique consulting company dedicated to the dual mission of "Sustainability of AI" and "AI for Sustainability." By combining technical mastery with systemic environmental and societal insights, she now helps organisations navigate sustainable business models and data-driven ecological transitions. Outside of work, Andreea is a polyglot, a mom of three, and an avid dancer who is always up for a conversation over tea or a session of Zumba.

 
 

RICARDO CHAVARRIAGA, PhD

Group Leader & Responsible AI Innovation

@Center for Artificial Intelligence, Zürich, University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW)

Neuroscience and engineering expert on neurotechnologies, artificial intelligence, and responsible innovation. Dr Chavarriaga leads the AI Innovation group at the Centre for Artificial Intelligence of the Zürich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW). He also coordinates the establishment of the Swiss Centre for Responsible AI (SCRAI). He is the head of the Swiss office of the Confederation of Laboratories for AI Research in Europe (CAIRNE). His work focuses on leveraging neuroscience, AI, and ethics for advancing responsible innovation and governance of human-centred technology.

 
 

ANIKA HANNEMANN, PhD

Senior Researcher at Zürich University of Applied Sciences, Head of Research @ Swiss Centre for Responsible AI

Anika Hannemann is a senior researcher at ZHAW and the head of research at the Swiss Centre for Responsible AI. As a computer scientist by training, she brings experience from both academia and industry. In 2025, she earned her doctorate at Leipzig University with research on privacy-preserving machine learning for distributed systems. Her current work focuses on Responsible AI, with a particular emphasis on privacy and security in AI systems. Passionate about connecting research and practice, she is keen on bridging the gap between academia and industry. 

 
 

MONIKA REIF, Prof., PhD

Professor @ Zürich University of Applied Sciences

Professor Dr Monika Reif is Head of the Safety-Critical Systems Lab at ZHAW, where she leads research on the design, implementation, and verification of complex socio-technical systems for safety-critical applications. Her work focuses on the safe integration of AI into safety-critical systems, combining advanced AI methodologies with rigorous verification approaches to enable certifiable and standards-compliant intelligent technologies. Her research spans key domains including mobility, robotics, and medical systems, and is embedded in national and European research projects. Before joining academia, she worked in safety engineering at BMW and Bombardier Transportation (now ALSTOM). She holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a PhD in Reliability Engineering, and was awarded the VDI Ring of Honour for academic excellence. Her contributions were recognised in 2025 with her inclusion in the Top 100+ Women in AI & Data – Switzerland.

 
 

SHEERAH YUHEE KIM

Project Lead at Intersections, Executive Board Member & Co-President @ BPWs

Sheerah Yuhee Kim specialises in the development of AI competency frameworks and trustworthy AI adoption in the public sector. At Intersections, she leads projects that transform ethical AI principles into practical implementation. Formerly Head of ICT and Digitalisation at Stadt Affoltern am Albis, she understands how to navigate the challenges of operationalising digital transformation. She studied Digital Ethics at HWZ University of Applied Sciences Zurich and capitalises on her diverse background in public administration, corporate strategy and business intelligence for her human‑centred approach. As recently elected UN Representative for the International Federation of Business & Professional Women and Co‑President of BPW Club Zurich, she advocates for diversity, equity, Inclusion and belonging on all levels.

 
 

Dr. JACQUELINE KUCERA

Founder of SoCoachLeadership | Head of Parliamentary Library, Research & Data | Leadership & AI Expert

Dr Jacqueline Kucera is the Founder of SoCoachLeadership and a recognized expert in leadership and artificial intelligence with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of governance, data, and human-centered innovation. 

She currently leads the Parliamentary Library, Research and Data Services of the Swiss Federal Assembly. Holding a PhD in social sciences, she is an author, keynote speaker, and advisor on future-oriented leadership, AI literacy, and decision-making in complex environments. 

Her work empowers leaders and institutions to navigate transformation with clarity, responsibility, and empathy.
