Katherine is a Data Scientist and Computational Linguist; a speaker, writer, teacher, and passionate workaholic. She entered the tech world with R&D roles at Mercedes-Benz and the Fraunhofer Institute, specializing in user interfaces and Natural Language Understanding, before transitioning into data science. After a stint in the e-commerce and insurance domains, she landed her current role building conversational AI systems for Switzerland’s largest telecommunications provider. Here, Katherine can combine her customer service experience, product instincts, creativity and tech skills to build chat and voice bots people actually want to talk to.
